After waiting 45 minutes to just drop off my car at my scheduled appointment, 8:15am), I asked to have the service advisor call me to get the price for a diagnostic check, but I never received the call. I tried to call the service department numerous times, but was not able to get through. The automated system said that I was next in line, but no one ever picked up. I tried to leave a message, but instead of being prompted to do so, another message comes on that the voicemail is full. I was also told when I made the appointment, that there is shuttle service, Only to be told after dropping off my car, that there isn’t due to COVID-19. This dealership is a mess!!! You guys should be more honest with your customers and schedule the appointments out further if you need to, so you do not inconvenience the customers. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to your dealership. You probably don’t care but there it is. Have a great day!
My appointment was at 10am I arrived 30 minutes early the line was so long you had me wait over 8 hours to get my car back service was horrible. This is the second time this has happened to me. Why make appointments and keep people there over 8 hours . I went to the window that you can see them working on the cars and all I see is everyone stand around taking and looking at their cell phone’s texting. When I asked why same old story we only have two people today and sorry get to you when we can. When I take my other vehicle to the Honda dealer and make an appointment I’m out in 45 minutes. I hate the service here if I would of known this ahead of time I would never buy Nissan again.
Juan Melendez is the excellent employee it keeps you informed about your car I love his attitude he always greets you with a smile and today I was surprised he knew who I was so that made it even better.Juan is the excellent employee
There is no clear appointment line vs no appointment. Had an appointment at 845 got attn at 910, after someone who came after me...car wasn't ready till after 4 for an oil change! Great customer service tho

Yes! Juan was very attentive and responsible in calling back on updates about the status of the vehicle. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with the service! He’s excellent with customer service. I speak Spanish and I personally witnessed that he took very good care of other Spanish speaking customers. Great Nissan representative!
Everyone did a great job there was a wait because they only had like two people working that day, but I really appreciate that they told us the situation. I can tell they were all trying so hard to help everyone! Keep up the good work!
