Lily was excellent great customer service, she was very attentive and help me with all my needs for my vehicle!
I had an appointment. I waited in my car in line for 30 minutes. I was told it would take 1 hour to 1 and a half. My appointment was at 12:10. It was not done until almost 3:00. I bought the 3 pack oil change package. I wish I had not. Every time I go to the service department it takes at least 3 hours. I have an appointment every time. I have learned my lesson, I’ll now go somewhere else after my package is done. It is a disappointment every time.

The wait was way too long. I don’t understand the meaning of making an appointment. My appointment was at 11am, I left at 3pm. I was patient, but not happy.

Juan took care of me and my car, he kept me updated on the progress of the parts and the labor of my car. He promptly got me a loan car and it was ready upon my arrival!!! When I returned to pick up my car it was ready and clean!!!! Juan has the best customer service I have seen in years!!! Thanks to Nikki and her wonderful service team!!!
