The wait time to drop off a car is ridiculous. My appt was 10am. I arrived at 9:40am. My car wasn’t taken until 10:20am. There were 7 cars in front of me and 3 behind me. This was a Tuesday. Service people are always nice and professional but you need to work on getting customers in and out. Paying online via text was convenient. TY for listening. Juliette N
Waited to fuckin long to have your employees tell me that my car barely made it in for my oil change. Waited 4 fuckin hours for an oil change! And I didnt even get the complimentary car wash either. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealer ship to get a simple job done.
It took over a month to get my car fix
Supposably corporate didn't want to approve the job however I called them to find out what was going on and they stated they never received any information from you guy's.
I had great service and was very pleased with my experience.
Excellent service provided by Andy. Friendly and attentive. Provided realistic expectations in regards to the estimate time for repair which was very beneficial to me.
On Jan 20th I believed I purchased 3 oil changes for 60 dollars and I thought today was my third but I was charged 50 dollars ! I believe they also gave me synthetic oil which I didn’t ask for! Other wise everything else went well and David is a great guy ! If you could look into those other issues for me it would be appreciated!

Upon picking up my vehicle, the service advisor did not review the recommendations with me. I didn’t see them until I read the paper work. I tried calling back to get more information on this but was unable to get someone. I called Larry Miller Nissan and was able to get the information I needed and made an appointment to take it there. Your dealership is a half a mile from my house however I will travel for good customer service.
Very happy every time lily is always so helpful she is always more then happy to answer all my questions. By far Lily has the best customer service
The people were great and the service was amazing. My only complaint is I dont understand why there is a "schedual service appointment" page on the website if there aren't actual appointments. That makes literally 0 sense. I suggest removing that page or disclaiming beforehand that appointments aren't set schedules but used as a basis for predicting how many people need service for the dealerships benefit.

I was not completely satisfied. I made an appointment to have an oil change three days ago for 1:39 pm. I arrived at the dealer at one. Pm and left my car. Around Three the called to have my car pick. I got to the dealer at three and they had not even began to do the oil change. They began this service at 4:15 pm. Don’t see why I should make appointment if they cannot deliver on time.

I have been at this dealer 2 times and both times I could have purchased a vehicle faster than the old change took. Come on 5 hours! With an appointment? This is the last time I go to this dealer for anything. Sheesh
