Besides my warranty expiring the day I took my vehicle in so it was not covered ok I get it .but I did not care for Andy at all he would not answer my calls so I would call from my wife phone then he would answer I told another adviser to take care of the cosmetics on Friday because Andy was not available he says he called me on Saturday to discuss this but he did not leave a message and I did not get a missed call finally on Monday I get ahold of him same thing with the phone calls he did not answer none of mine until I used my wife's phone then he has the nerve to tell me oh yeah I seen that you had called well why don't you pick up the phone I understand you get busy but when I call six times you could at least answer once he tells me it will be ready Tuesday morning so I call at 11:30 3 times no answer then he avoids my wife's phone calls then we block our number so it will show up private and he answers the phone instantly just to tell me my car is ready by far the worst advisor I've ever had at Nissan I've been coming there for seven years
