He made everything very clear what was wrong with my car and the things that could wait for the next visit. Explained what was covered under my warranty and what would have to be paid out of pocket. Felt very comfortable at Fontana Nissan and would definitely be back

I was told to come in for a recall, contacted numerous times. I get to the dealership and am told they may not have the part needed. Then don’t demand I come in until you have the parts! I was told my car would be taken through the car wash before I picked it back up and it wasn’t. Also, when I went to pick up my vehicle, my keys were misplaced and it took a few minutes to locate them. Please be prepared when you are calling and telling me I have to bring my vehicle to you.

Very unsatisfied. Had an appt at 8:15 just to be told they would not work on/look at my car until 12:30. What's the point of making an appt? Then to be told that part needed had to be ordered. Didnt leave service area until 1:15. Very unsatisfied!
