Originally contacted by scheduler, who referred me to Juan. It was VERY difficult to reach the scheduler: at least 6 phone calls over 5 days...I missed the initial first call return by seconds...I left repeated messages & finally heard back today. The appointment was rapidly scheduled, Juan was very helpful, and the service was efficient & well-done. Just the initial difficulty in scheduling.
