I am truly grateful for the consideration shown by Herman. He understood I was having extensive service on my car and was very honest as he said it would take all day before my car is completed. With that, he arranged for me to get a ride back home because I had my grand baby with me, and to stay in the shop for a long period of time with a baby would be too much and very stressful for me and my grand baby. I greatly appreciate his honesty, concern, and actions. So thank you Nissan for having a man like Herman on your team.

Time and time again David and the Nissan team at Fontana surpass my expectations and customer experience experience.
