Everything was taken care of with no problems.
I had called while they did service to my car because of the fact something always goes wrong. David assured me everything would be great. While the service did go well , once I arrived for pick up and After I paid apparently they couldn’t find my keys nor my car. They took a good amount of time looking for my vehicle while I waited in the hotness outside, and once they did find it they did not even give it a car wash like it should have got after service. Extremely disappointed because I called ahead of time to assure things would go well and I was told it would but how do they manage to loose my car keys ? I paid $315 for them to disappoint me with making me wait for a good amount of time due to the fact they couldn’t find my car keys .
Andy let me know what my car needed for service he gave me my options and quoted me a price for each option. He called to let me know that my car was ready in case I hadn't noticed my text. Very nice, friendly and polite. He did a wonderful job.
Herman was outstanding, he did not over comment and delivered like he said.
