Andy, the service advisor is a good guy. Personable, professional and he moved with a sense of urgency. BUT, i cant say that for the other people who worked on my car. With the glazz window giving customers the opportunity to see their vehicles in the service bay, there were MANY TIMES my car just sat. I watched the guys doing nothing on mutiple occasions. It shouldnt tKe 3 1/2 hours to change tires and do a wheel alignment especially with an appt.
