I was missed inform of the problem with my car I came in because my service light was on. Then I was told I needed some other things done so they fix them and that wasn't the problem it was just a gas cap that cost 30 something bucks.But instead I payed over 300 dollars. It was a rip off. I want the Manager to call me. My number is ****-****-xxxx because 2 to 3 days later the same light came back on my car. I'm sick I will never come there again

Thank you for a job well done. I have completely been enjoying driving my Rogue. Among many other blessings I love the care and the affordable service Nissan provides. I plan to keep this vehicle for its hopefully long lifespan. Fontana Nissan is definitely my choice for maintenance needs.

When I got there my car was perfectly fine. I’ve never had problems with it. I noticed how it was running so nice I admired my car even more. When the service tech walked up to help me he asked for the mileage. I read it to him. The engine light was NOT on. I only requested my prepaid oil change. After the oil change was completed the service tech tried returning my vehicle to me telling me the engine was on when I left it. I told him NO IT WASNT!!! He tried to convince me it was and I told him, NO, I am 300% sure because I acknowledged how smooth and quite my vehicle sounded and how well it runs. He asked if I’d like him to read the code. I said hell yeah I want to know what happened to my car when they took it in the back. The Code was PO101 Master airflow sensor. He asked if I wanted him to the code cleared. I told him no to call the manager. He popped the hood and pushed down and wiggled that sensor. After dealing with the manager telling me no foul mechanic practices happen there. I let her know, I worked in the mechanic industry for a long enough time and I know better. Then I requested the Corparate number and I left. When I drove away, either the service tech cleared the code or push the sensor back into place because the engine light was off when I turned the vehicle on and drove away. Philip was very informativea and kept me posted on the status of my car, his costumer service skill are outstanding, he was very friendly and he was able to give me the information I needed it on the spot... please thank him on my behalf... I did thanked him, but he deserves to be thanked for his COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS..!!!
