I will most definitely fill out the survey as soon as I get it through my email I love the service with the Nissan in Fontana everyone is always so helpful and friendly and I don't like to make my appointments with anybody else but Philip Finley.
I thoroughly enjoyed David Pisani’s customer service, from the moment I got there he was very welcoming. He provided me with information throughout the time my car was being serviced and he remembered me from the last time which was a really good feeling.

Your mission statement says you will keep us updated on status of our cars. I was there 3 hours and not one person came to me and told me anything about my car or what was happening with it. I had to stop someone and ask and she seemed a little annoyed that I asked. She said my advisor just needed to printout paperwork, and still waited almost 30 mins and still no paperwork. Then the really nice lady working the cashier desk went and had them print paperwork and help me get out of there. I understand that you are busy, but come on 3 hours! An update now then would be really appreciated. And if they don’t want to update us don’t get irritated when we ask.

I really appreciate Andy going the extra mile to reassure me that my car was in good hands. He was able to pinpoint the problem in a timely manner. Additionally, I appreciate that he was able to provide me the information I needed in a way that I could understand exactly what issue was and what he could do to fix it.
Herman Rivas was a complete professional. He made sure i had a ride to my home and back .because I did not want to stay there all day. He explained the procedure s my car got that day as well.
