I really was satisfied with Juan today. He was very helpful when it came to assisting me with my vehicle. I knew he was busy but hat didn't stop him from being attentive and he was also really good about giving me an eta and finalizing the job within the time he had giving me that he'd be done.

They did not wash the car so there is marker on the windshield that that wrote on.
