I got to the service area at 10:22 am for a 10:30 appointment five minutes later a service person confirm my appt appointment and told me agent David would come see me to complete my check in. I waited in my car til about eleven twenty before David came to See me. I saw the other agents checking in everyone else I even had one of the other agent come to my car but he said David had to check me in. There wasn’t that many people there being check in for me to have to sit in my car that long. You Nissan Fontana need to find a better way to check in cars. I bought my car at your dealership because everyone they was honest and I want to continue believing that your place is number one. Just have your agents do a better job on confirming there customers appointments and making sure the agents know who’s coming at their assigned times.

This had to be my wrose experience with Nissan. Trying to get some one answer your phone was a joke. Customers service not here.

We were happy however it would have been nice if your shuttle service had been up and running. We were hungry and wanted breakfast...so we walked to to go eat and it got really hot and we got sun burned. We made it back to you guys safely but it was pretty hot.

You guys take forever to fulfill appointment times. At Toyota I spend 90 mins total. As far as I'm concerned you don't respect my time therefore I will try Ontario before I just sell my truck and be done with the whole company. The red head guy was super helpful and tried to find Juan 3x before he came out. Sorry idr his name.
