Philip went above and beyond the Call of Duty to ensure that my transportation needs were met and that my vehicle was repaired properly this is repaired properly even though it took a few attempts to get everything right

I was going to do my brake fluid flush and tire rotation, and I had found those 2 jobs cheaper else where. When I called Juan to tell him to cancel those jobs, he didn’t give me a chance to tell him why. I didn’t even know you guys would price match until I spoke to Herman. Herman was very helpful and I appreciate Herman for taking the time to discuss that with me. Because of Herman I will be back.
I never received a text after my car was ready. I called 3-3.5 hours after dropping off to find out the car has been ready. Today, 9/19 at 5:07pm I received the text saying the car is ready. My appointment was 9/18 at 9:45am.

Liked Nikki's attitude, her help ,and most of all the costumer service..but David on the other hand I Definitely didn't like. For the few years that Ive gone to take my vehicle to do a maintenance he's always trying to add more things to my bill and says that he don't see it on the system but when Nikki checked clearly it was all there. And it's not the first time that he's done it either.
He's always on top of it and remembers his cmients/owners.
Didn’t get a till 3:30 pm and told my car was ready at 1 with no text message or phone call and when I picked up my car it wasn’t washed
