phil the service advisor needs to be more professional and listen had me waiting 4/30 hours for a simple trans refill and recall said "oh i thought you were dropping it off" no i was there waiting

First of all Andy was very nice. I was dissatisfied with the no one told me that I would have a Much longer wait because service ran out of oil! I waited approximately 4 (four) hours. I should have been told that service ran out of oil so I would have the choice to leave and come back a another time. That has been my Only grievance, overall I appreciate the service.
