Waiting time was lengthy but overall I'm satisfied.
I understand appointments are priority but walk ins should not have to wait 6 hours for a simple oil change. Im a returning customer and was quoted 3 hours but it to over 6 hours. Team she quote better wait times so people can plan their day accordingly. David did his best. This was not an issue with him personally but with the overall process. When dropping off I waited on car 40 minutes before being checked in. You are better off doing appointments only if this is gonna be the process.
I arrived at 8:10am without an appointment and was 2nd in line. I was then first spoken to at 8:30am and was told it wasn’t too busy and it would be a 2 hr wait. Around 11:00am I then went and spoke to the C.S. rep after no one had bothered to give me any updates. At this time I was told the Car was just getting looked at. I finally received my Car back after 12:00pm. I don’t think that it should take 4hrs to do a Basic Oil change. Once I’am complete with the Oil changes I purchased I won’t be using you as my car care business of choice

They checked all my fluids replaced them i knew my brake fluid was dirty but forgot but had very little coolant so they took care od that as well luckily and my hood latch recall which was very helpful by the end of the day. Definitely was great to have my car back by the same day so i could take care of what i needed. Great service
