We bought two Hyundais (actually saving up for a SantaFe now too) and we have always been happy, when our first one was totaled when a guy ran a red light and hit me, I was so upset because I didn’t think we would ever find as good a deal, VERY low mileage and looked brand new with nearly (didn’t have a sun/moon roof) everything we were looking for, we hadn’t even test drove it! My son looked for another one at Hyundai here and online and we found another one almost exactly like the one we had very low mileage (both used as “dealer cars” at CarMax again and this next one even had the sun/moon roof!!! With a click of the computer mouse, we chose the option of having it shipped up here from L.A. to Bakersfield!!! I love my car, was heartsick that such a great car like the first one was totaled, but it kept me AND the dog (he was seatbelted in the back seat with his special seat belt adapter) and we both walked away with just a few bruises! The service Dept. is great, even in a pandemic!!!! Is it any wonder we keep coming back to you and also to CarMax for their Hyundai use car selections! Even though the trunk latch broke while on a trip while needed repeated access to it and when they researched it, find that it was a defective part/design and though some people were posting online they had to pay out hundreds of dollars to get it fixed, we were afraid that was going to happen to us, Daughter and Son-in-law booked repair appt. online, so I even called to see what we could expect as was told it was a recall and even if not it was covered under our warranty! Thank you! See you when it is time to get that Santa Fe soon! That you, obviously we are very happy customers with the used Hyundais that we have gotten at CarMax, and the service that you and CarMax have provided we will continue to!
