In my notes when I made the appointment, I indicated that I needed to have the washer checked because there is fluid in the reservoir but when I depress the wash button, no fluid comes out. I didn't mention it at the initial interview, but I know I indicated it when I made the appointment. Therefore it has not been looked at and the problem still remains

While fixing my vehicle, the repair techs caused a chip in the paint. They also did not complete the request repairs, leaving them about 80% done with no explanation. I have scheduled a second appointment to follow-up. Techs were also unable to program my vehicle key. I'm not sure what the issue was since I ended up managing to program it myself. I purchased a Smart Pro device myself, programmed the key in my bedroom, and returned the device. It was already a hassle getting the initial warranty repair of my vehicle set up, I'm hoping this follow-up appointment can finally get things sorted. I will say that every employee was SUPER courteous. I was treated nicely by everyone involved, and my issues aren't with any employees at all. Just with the overall hassle in setting up the right warranty repair only to have the repair itself incomplete with no reason as to why.
