Always great service

I came in at 9:30am because my radar is black I thought my car would have gotten diagnosed, figured out them remove whatever is blocking the radar and that be it WRONG. I hadn’t received any updates about my car it until about 3:30pm and the message only said they hadn’t forgotten about me and would update me soon with what was happening with my vehicle. At 4:20pm I called to ask what was the status on the car they placed me on hold 3 times for 3-5 minutes each time and finally it was told to me that they couldn’t find a coding issue for my car and that they wanted to run more codings and wanted to know if I wanted to have my car kept there or come get it I had to be at work at 5 so I came and got it and told them I told the last person it wasn’t an electrical issue there is something in front of the radar senor blocking it and that I can actually see it in behind the front grill part so now I have to come back and waste yet more time on Friday.
