Adrienne was extremely polite, professional, and prompt when handling my recent service visit.
Happy to have such a nice interaction with her! When I walked in I guess I went through the wrong door and I was confused on who to speak with, once she noticed me after she walked in, she immediately assisted and took in the vehicle and she has a great attitude and smile.
Definitely will be back to see her when I visit for service next time!

The service advisor was Barry gracious, so I have nothing negative to say about him. When I bought the car, the salesman and sales manager made a special point to me about service work on my car. Because I live in Delano, they both assured me repeatedly that I would be provided a “loaner car” any time I had significant service work on my car. Now I learn that the Dealership does not even have a loaner car. Another fraudulent misrepresentation by the Bakersfield Hyundai sales manager!

BUT, while my car was being washed, the antenna cover was broken off.and while it will be replaced at no charge, it means an additional trip to the dealership.
Joey, however, broke the news to me gently and handled the situation well.
