Last week sent an email to the service advisor who’s name was on my reservation. - no response. Then I called last Monday,the receptionist said all the service advisors were busy and I’d get a call back. My experience with **** on Tuesday was fine. Dave W

I take it in for the recalls to get fixed. No one told me I was going to get charger for the diagnose. And yeah the car is running way better but still have slot of smoke coming out of the muffler. So I tell them that and Gilbert tells me he has to charge me for another diagnose. I rather take it somewhere else. It’s really bad service there. Virginia ****-****-xxxx

I had a 10:00 appointment. I arrived on time and was told the service would take about an hour and a half. I waited 2 hours in the very uncomfortable waiting room trailer. I went to the office to check progress only to be told it would at least another 4 hours because they were “swamped” Because I work, I could not wait so my car was not fixed and I left, furious. What is the point of appointments if they are not honored.
