Joey provided great customer service. I was very pleased with the service that I received from Joey & the service technician. He informed me of what my vehicle needed & assisted me with additional recommendations for my vehicle. He communicated with me through out the process. He is a great employee that listens to his clients needs.

Waited 3 hours for an oil change & tire rotation to be completed; for an appointment that had to be scheduled 3 weeks in advance, and after the long wait did not receive any type of discount . At no point was I informed about the reason behind the long wait or an estimated time .

Joey Cortez tells me a day after I get my car back that he forgot to ran a test before giving me my car back after I had told him if they ran all test on the engine before receiving the car this is unexceptional and unworthy for a first time experience

Bad communication. Gilbert emailed and when I emailed back I got no response. Then he emailed me again to tell me the car is was done and I asked the same question and again no response. So when I got there to pay I had to go thru The clerk whom made no idea about the situation.
