My issue remains unresolved. I spent 5-6 hours in the waiting room only to be informed that the Hyundai website was unavailable to download the possible fix to my issues. The ticket remains open.

Loved how friendly the staff was and how quickly everything went despite being slammed with multiple guests! Joey greeted us, got us started, apologized for the wait, and kindly let us know when our vehicle was finished! Great customer service despite the rush!
