Opted for the complimentary car wash, didn’t expect it to be perfect or anything, but only the rims were wet and slightly clean and the rest of the car still had dust and bugs on it and doesnt look like water was even sprayed on it. At that point why even offer the car wash option?

I thought that our oil changes would be for a full synthetic oil like our first two oil changes. This oil change was with a blend and for 4000 miles it has been 7500 miles between oil changes.
