Adrienne is a excellent asset and representative to Bakersfield Hyundai. She addressed an oil leak issue immediately after I had it previously serviced a few days ago. It turned out to be nothing and had a mechanic go over everything with me as well. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Service advisors ignored me. Appt time was 8:30am. Vehicle was not taken to be worked on until 9:18am. No place to sit and wait for vehicle. Told to wait in portable trailer. No room to sit inside there either. Potta-potty for a bathroom. Are you kidding me? Vending machine was broken. All beverages were very hot. No sign on machine. Employee told me after seeing me putting money in the machine and expressing frustration at receiving a hot Diet Pepsi, “oh yeah, it’s broken.”
Dirty service department employees were taking breaks in portable supposed to be used for customers. Employees eating snacks in there with customers.
Had to request vehicle from device advisor as I was tired of waiting and vehicle should have been done.
Not even sure the service requested was even completed.

They didn't fix the problem. Now I have to return my car again. They wanted to keep my car til Tuesday with out loaner car.

Adrienne always does an amazing job when it comes to me and my vehicles. Everyone In there knows I only see her or at times Joey, that's it. While I know this comment section is more geared towards talking about Adrienne. During my visit I was highly disrespected by one of your maintenance workers, this worker that morning was placing powdered doughnuts in the container and had asked me who I was and looked me up and down a few times and asked me 3 times was I there to drop off a car. My appearance and how I dress doesn't warrant anyone sizing me up asking me who I was before I grab a powdered Doughnut. I can only assume because I'm a black man who just woke up and put on shorts and a tank top with sandals. I highly recommend you correct this and he knew he was wrong and tried to clean up after he questioned me to move my vehicle. This is one of these situations that if it happens again I will let all of my family and friends and all of my fathers retired NFL Football players to know about how I was stereotyped by your establishment. I wrap it all up to say that Adrienne has a beautiful smile with her service and is intelligent enough to be able to diffuse the situation by her great customer service. She's an asset to your company because had it not been for her the situation could have went another way.

I think the service was fine but when somebody does a complementary cleaning of the car it should be an actual cleaning not a superficial year. The windshield was still filthy in the front grill was full of bugs not to mention the inside was just left as it was.
This is the second time we have brought in our Santa Fe to get the second key cut and programmed. We will have to come back again to get it cut due to the tech not being in the shop. Someone should have called us the morning of our appointment to let us know the tech wasn’t going to be in. We also have to bring it back to have someone look at collision detection system. We bought this car on June 6 and we have been told it was a certified used car. And we will be back at the service Dept.
