The service department is not very considerate of our time. They wait until almost the end of the business day to communicate what os happening with our car. The link that you all provide is NEVER updated when the service dept. has our vehicle. And the people that we encounter on the phone lack professionalism. They speak to us, customers, as if we were a peer or as if we are intruding on their day.
I had an appointment 2 times this week and both visits took 4 hours. A service should never take that long with an appointment.

I was told that I only needed to wait 45 minutes, so I decided to wait for my car.it took over 2 hrs. If they told me that they needed more than an hour, i would have gone home.
