Alyssa was very nice and helpful but I took my car in for an oil change. I was told I needed 4 new tires. Alyssa was great with customer service. When I picked up the car, something is wrong with the right rear tire that is impacting the steering wheel where it will not align properly. I am bringing my car back in the morning for it to be corrected. I travel to Las Vegas tomorrow and it is imperative that I have a safe car to drive in with my family.
No problems with the oil change. No one informed me that my vehicle would be washed, or rather hosed down after the service. I had just paid $10.00 to have my car washed the day before it was serviced. When I picked it up it was a mess. Dried water spots over the entire car, the windows had been dried with a cloth that left smears and water marks on every one. I should have been given the option to forego the car wash. All one had to do was to take a good look at my car to see that it was pristinely clean.
The young lady that checked me in was great, very friendly and professional. The amount of time it took for a simple oil change was terrible. The wash job was the worst I had ever seen in my life. I will never allow you guys to wash my vehicle again.

I had a great experience with Christian Olmos, He was knowledgeable about the recall work, attentive to details, and provided excellent customer service. His polite and professional attitude made the process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the long wait time, even though they provide ride assistance or a rental. Overall, I appreciate the service and professionalism.
It was a issue at first until I talk to the supervisor who a sure me it wouldn’t happen again other then that I love my vehicle

The tires were aligned, rotated and balanced. The pressure was too high for mountain driving 3 tires at 39-40 PSI and front driver tire was 41-42 PSI. I drove for at least 75 miles and up in elevation.
Didn't receive a answer about what is going wrong with my car.
Service was fast and complete
