He was very polite and made me feel very satisfied with what he fixed on my car because it ran much better then it did. He also let me know what else was wrong so I made an appointment because I still feel like it's not running the way it should be so I hope they will be able to make it right for what iam paying for I only had it for a few months and iam not every happy with owning it already.
