I am usually extremely pleased with my service. I have been hesitant to go to get my car serviced because of the risk of exposure to coronavirus. I have received emails assuring me that Hyundai is committed to safety and taking precautions, but was disappointed to see that, while many staff members were wearing masks, many were also only wearing them only halfway with their noses exposed. I was very upset to see that the service team member who drove my car to and from the service area was not wearing a mask at all while he was in my vehicle. How am I to know that the team did not just put me or anyone who sits in my car at risk?
