Took my car to be fixed due to a recall and engine light being on & engine stalling once I got it back from the shop after driving it for a couple miles by engine light turn right back on so I took it again to get fixed and same thing happen now I’m trying to get my money back but the service manger refuses & won’t fix my car again nor touch it

I would have appreciated some feedback about the mutli point inspection and how it went. He just restated that I needed the something miles service. My car also wasn't parked where he said it was. Someone else had to get it for me.

This was my second time getting my vehicle service at the Bakersfield Hyundai, I can honestly say that the customer service there is amazing! I used to drive to Handford because that’s where I purchased my vehicle and they already knew me so I was afraid I wouldn’t get the same level of service if I went somewhere different but I was wrong. Everyone at Bakersfield Hyundai is sos friendly and makes sure you are comfortable while you wait for your service to be done. Service advisor Gilbert is very knowledgeable and friendly, I will continue to go there for all my service needs.
