Adrienne was kind but was not too helpful concerning how long Lyft took to pick me up. The ETA said 10 minutes, but I had to wait 45 minutes. When I asked her for help, she kept saying, “well, it says eight more minutes,” even though she told me that same thing repeatedly for over twenty-five minutes.
That was very frustrating. I finally went to another person ( Jose ), who eventually helped me.
