When an appointment is made you shouldn't have to wait an hour and a half also being told it could take up to 2 1/2 hours is unacceptable, appointment means car goes in at appointment time. I took my car to Dublin Hyundai where I purchased it for an oil change on a Saturday with an appointment, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I will be possibly contacting Hyundai about your service.
