Got a call to see how can all star Kia can lower my car payments. I never ask for a lower payment. So after getting my car serviced I went in to see what she was talking about, but all the visit did was put a hard inquiry that she told me was not going to happen. So lying strike 1. Then 1 of the guys start raising his voice when I told him they gave me a hard inquiry & I did want them to run my credit for a brand new car before asking me exactly what I was looking for. My original car I bought doesn’t have a spare tire.Do u really think I want to keep losing, No, so this will B the last time I talk to anyone that’s sells car there ever...
Chris was momentarily out of office when I arrived, but his stand-in (I'm sorry, I don't his name) did a good job at checking me in, and Chris was back and completed the service call just fine as usual. I appreciated the high level of anti-coronavirus awareness displayed with notices and face mask wearing by the staff. Just a suggestion: putting out a bottle or two of hand sanitizer in the customer areas (lounge and show room) would be nice. BTW Nice clean men's restroom!

I had an appointment to have you install my spare tire in my trunk today. Even though I had an appointment they didn’t have my spare tire ready to put it on. I had to wait for them to do this while I waited. There were a lot of people and a lot of waiting even with an appointment.
Very satisfied with the service to my Sportage and the level of communication as I waited for the work to be done. Chris is always professional and patient. Always answers whatever questions I have.
They forgot to put a sticker of the information for my next service visit on my windshield, but other than that I’m satisfied with my visit.
