It took entirely took long for the oil change! To wait over 2 hours is unacceptable. I did not receive text message updates until after the fact. When completed, the service team member did not advise me regarding results of the multi-point inspection nor did he advise me where my car was parked.

I’m so sick of this place. I was once again given the run around and told that my car can’t be serviced at kk of Bedford because it’s a Jeep. You shouldn’t be selling any cars that you’re not capable of working with. This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made and I can promise you that I’ll never buy another car from this place. I will let everyone know how crappy of a place Kia of Bedford is. You all are the epitome of a con artist.

Someone took off my tinted license plate holder and switched it to a clear license plate holder both front and back. Also. I askef for a new battery just because. I did not ask Kia to check rhe battery 1st. Where are my front and rear tinted license plate covers? What the heck? Kyle M
