One comment that I have is two of your service staff in the service desk area were not wearing their mask properly (it hung down from their face). I was uncomfortable being In the service area because of this and the risk they put me, my daughter, their coworkers and other customers in for contracting Covid-19. If the manager could address this issue, that would be good for all of us.
I was quoted one price over phone for service and was just told well that's not the price. This is second time having service at this location and have been disappointed with service both times.
My wife and I are grateful for staff’s due diligence in isolating the problem. They transitioned us quickly into rental car to avoid impacting our schedules and returned our vehicle in a timely manner. It’s great to have our baby back. We look forward to many more miles and memories with our Kia Sorento. Thank you, to each and everyone involved in the process.

I received quality service, but it took a very long time. Also, when I made the appointment, I was told that I would receive an update to fix my broken navigation system, but found out that I actually have to order a disk or format a drive to make the fix myself.

Anthony Mazzocco was great. He will be the only reason I return to that location. He made me feel comfortable and was very understanding and pleasant!!!!!!! When I came to pick up my car he wasn't there and the guy that helped me was extremely rude and he frowned his nose at me and was like I know you owe us money. Everything done to my car was under warranty! I owed nothing. He treated other customers better which made me think he didn't like me because I didn't look like anyone else he was helping. I felt very uncomfortable and wish I had someone with me because he was not treating me like anyone else. I am a quiet person and was scarred to say anything because of how he talked to me. I think his name was Joe but I can point him out directly. I really appreciate Mr. Mazzocco because he was excellent!
