KOB HAS PROVEN MANY TIMES TO HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS TIME!! This was true when I purchased my car, last Dec when I had my car serviced, & this time. I specifically asked, when I scheduled an appt for oil change & tire rotation, if there were any manufacture “fixes” which needed to be addressed, & I said, “There is nothing more irritating than being told I have to come back to get something fixed.” They guy said he understood & would look into it. After waiting 2 HOURS(even tho I had an appt!), for the oil change & rotation, I was told I needed to schedule another appt to get a recall fixed!! When I explained my frustration, the guy responded in a whiney millennial-esq manner (tho he was old enough to be the parent of one!) that I was making him “feel responsible for the problem”. What kind of ridiculous answer is that?! He told me KOB “doesn’t have those parts lying around”, so they have to be ordered. WHICH IS WHY I REQUESTED THEY TAKE CARE OF IT WHEN I SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT!! I will find another dealership!

Excellent customer service, however, mileage "in" was documented as 100 miles over my odometer reading and service miles written as 7,500 instead of 75,000 maintenance schedule. But, overall great service. Clean facility, too.
