Most of the sales people were not wearing masks, or they had them hanging from their ears, around their neck, or masks were worn UNDER the nose which provides no protection from Covid whatsoever. You’d think that with the recent surge of Covid cases, that KIA of Bedford would be taking steps to make sure both their patrons and employees were protected.. I’d advocate sending any employee home that wasn’t wearing a mask correctly, also taking temperatures of EVERYONE as they entered and re-entered the building. I’d make sure the 6’ foot distancing rule is followed out 100% as well. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with what I saw at your facility.

I am satisfied with the service. But after time and time again I tell you people that the vehicle is is my name (STEPHANIE) NOT STEVES and you repeatedly call for him. He is only on the loan. The car is in my name and I and only I make the payments on the car. So I would appreciate you taking his name off the account. Thank you
