Anthony had a very irritated and condescending attitude towards me. He couldn't explain to me what was wrong with the car when I asked him what a terminal was. We only unscrewed a few bolts to get the battery out to test it at auto zone and they told me after charging it over night that it wasn't folding a charge at all. Anthony said the terminal was broken but he "couldn't prove" that I did it so he'd have to fix it. Again, I didn't know what he meant and we didn't break anything. But he seemed to be looking for a way to make me pay. He also didn't request a part until later in the day so I had to use my son's car for 3 days for a battery check. I'll never go there again and told everyone Anthony was rude.

I scheduled my appointment a week before for a national recall. Upon arrival, my daughter was told that they would need to order the part for the recall. Just frustrated that I have to schedule another appointment for something that you know about.

Anthony was great. Only complaint is no reflection on Anthony because it is the person who scheduled my appointment. I asked about my part for the safety recall, she said I should ask parts and she transferred me to parts. I thought that was not appropriate but I left a message in parts and did not hear back.
