First the problem is supposed to be taken care of. I’m not sure who is at fault, however I was there to have a radio replaced from the Jeep I bought from your store. I was told it would be the exact same as I have just working. I was told it may take about an hour and half. I said ok. At 2 hours I asked for an update I was told they were almost finished. Then at the 3 hour mark it was done. I was given my keys and sent on my way. I got in the Jeep and noticed right away it was not the way radio. I went back in and asked about it. After they looked they came back out and told me that the radio that was ordered did not work so they just pulled a different radio and put it in. If the radio they put in had Satellite, and phone connection features I would have been ok with it. The one that was put in was just a basic cd radio. As I stated in the beginning I was told that a new radio will be ordered but may be a few weeks before it comes in. I understand it takes time to install so I will have to make arrangements with my work to take another day off to drive back for the correct radio installed.

1st. I schedule an appointment for Friday 10/8/21 It didn’t show I had an appt. He said I could reschedule but I needed to have this done due to convenient. 2nd. I was entitled to two free oil changes this one being my second and that’s when things got personal from Anthony, until I INSISTED he would not look up my last visit to see the note that was noted in my file history, once he saw it his attitude became more personal, making statements that were unjust and it didn’t end there but you get the just !! 3rd. Upon getting an oil change I was eligible to renew my Drive Sure benefits and he quoted that I’m WAS NOT entitled to this benefit since I was getting a free oil change!!! This offered was made to me thru an email that I received and he was quite adamant to the point, making me uncomfortable with discussion these matter any further. Thank you extending me this opportunity to complete this survey, I feel better for being able to express my unsatisfactory experience.

Eric Stayed in touch, had great customer service and information on everything going on. I would recommend KOB service dept. They have helped twice for two major repairs. And basic oil change. Thanks KOB.
