The staff was on tvime (I was the first appointment on a wicked weather day), they explained what they were going to do (it was a recall repair), showed me to the waiting room, offered me a variety of freshly made coffee and snacks. And when the repairs were finished (in a much shorter time then they anticipated) a staff member walked me out to my car in weather to make sure I didn’t fall. A wonderful experience start to finish.
I am satisfied and I want to repeat this I am fully satisfied with the person who helped me what I'm not satisfied with is you sent me home and that letter put me in a state of fear because the recall said that my van can be a fire hazard and I'm hoping because it's a Kia 2008 and I just purchased it a year ago that there's nothing else wrong with it and I was told that my particular Kia had a few recalls recalls and I wish that you guys would have honored me with them

I was taken care of quickly. Jim was a gem. As I suspected I had picked up a nail somewhere. The tire was changed quickly and the car washed. Unexpected expense but it goes with car ownership. He was very pleasant.
