I was called in advance to pick up my vehicle. When I arrive, after waiting in line for 20 minutes to check out which was no fault of the representative. However, I was not pleased that my car was brought back to me dirty after I drop my car off at 6:30 AM that day . The young man was instructed by another colleague to wash my car but I did not have time for him to do that at that point. I was very happy with the service that Anthony provided an explanation for my car problem. Yes I would recommend Kia and I’ll still continue to have my car service there.

I expect when you buy a new car the warranty to be bumper to bumper for the whole car/truck/van but when I had a service issue i was told that the issue wasn't covered it was passed 12,000 mikes because it was a fog bulb that was apperntly defective when i fist got it and didn't realize it because i can't see the front end of my car while driving. I just hope someday whwn it states bumper to bumper for 100,000 mikes or 10 years it truely means it. I just can't be happy with my purchase after my experience on monday 12/10/2018.
I came in for a jerky/stuttering acceleration/deceleration. I left with the vehicle having a delayed engagement upon shifting into drive and the stuttering still persists. I was told it is normal but it is absolutely not normal. Before I came to Kia this delayed engagement was not present at all. I was able to shift directly into drive with no delay at all. Now there is a 2-3 second delay followed by a jerk if i press on the gas whatsoever. I was told by the technician that it is just how the transmission is suppose to work but I know for a fact that it is not because it never did this before and no other car that I have ever drove has done this. When I am parked on a hill I cannot shift into drive without rolling backwards before it shifts. This is very dangerous and concerning and I don't know what to do as they keep brushing me off and telling me this is normal. The most frustrating part is this was absolutely caused by the previous appointment I had. This issue was not present at all until after my appointment, and then I noticed it immediately. I need this resolved and I need them to do more than just run a scanner on it and take it out for a test drive. Even when I took a drive with the technician he noticed it but basically told me it was normal and nothing to worry about. Very frustrated and about to go to another Kia to resolve the issues that Kia of Bedford caused me.
