The clerk I dealt with didn’t communicate fully with me and said he would check with the office ladies in the office about my warranty he had me sign off on a sheet and I was under the impression they would wait to do the work until he spoke to them that didn’t happen he was trying to charge me $190 for services …. On a positive note the manager did reduce the total to $59 which I appreciated! I took my car to another place to have my oil changed in Wadsworth and he was kind enough to tell me about a class action law suit Kia has against them for models 2013-2018 I bought the car brand new and have bought 2 cars from you guys I will not be a return customer I felt like I was talked down to by the clerk …. Thank you for your time !
