It was great i didnt expect to get a new car just came in for maintanance on my sorento but rode away in a sportage 2019 great, payments could have been lower though!

Impossible to get a human from the Service department on the phone. Hassle scheduling and a big miss on communications. Forced to schedule appointment online, and nobody called to confirm (website said someone would call in advance). Dropped off car, or-paid $500 for part you didn’t have, now I have to go through scheduling hell one more time to get the taillight fixed.
After six Kias, this is my last. Lease is up next month and I’m happy to drop it off and walk away.

I originally had an appt with the Kia dealership in Mentor. I was not pleased with the attitude of the person at the desk. When I arrived at Bedford Kia, even though I was an hour early, they were ready for me with a smile. I was in and out in the time they told me. They answered my questions with patience and respect.

Anthony was was very friendly and showed concern for my situation, he handled it in a very timely manner he also had the service that was needed taken care of like the oil changed, yes I was very pleased with his service and I can’t say that about all your customer service representatives.
