Send got a little dent an scratch on the driver side.
When you first pull up it's not clear what you're suppose to do it would be nice if that's communicated so there's no confusion. I didn't one of I was supposed to leave my car and go in to check in or stay in the car and wait for someone, so that's the only part I didn't like.

Customer service was terrible. The first thing that was said to me when I walked in was “well it’s gonna be $125 just to look at it”. I was also told after I signed papers that I can go ahead and take my car to where I bought it from to get fixed as long as I pay may $125. I was yelled at, and it just seemed like no one cared at all since I didn’t purchase my car from KOB, but from Halleen. I had to call Halleen Kia to get phone numbers to my extended warranty which should’ve been taken care of by the agent. I had to call KOB around 20 times to get in touch was someone. My overall experience was just unsatisfactory.
Better then Kia you guys should give Kia some customer service advice they could really use it
Fixed the problem in a timely manner as well as a comfortable environment. Anthony was awesome.
Let me tell you this story . I got a flat tire 3 PM yesterday, I called Kia roadside assistance and they dispatch the tow truck to me and told me that they were going to tow me to Kia of Bedford to fix my flat tire, Kia roadside assistance screwed it up soo badly I didn’t get a tow truck until eleven o’clock pm. 1230 am before we got to Kia of bedford.
I showed back up at the dealer at 6:30 and at 7 o’clock service manager was opening up the door and invited me in. He listened to my whole story. He had the car brought in and they replaced the tire and because of the inconvenience he didn’t charge me for the oil change . Your service manager made me not hate Kia because of his service to me, he did a great job and Kia Bedford will always be recommended by me. I still think your roadside assistance **** but you guys are great !!!!!
