He was courteous, very informative about how important mileage maintenance is to keep my vehicle running properly. He took the time out to go through the brochure with me and we discussed different options I could take to get them done and I told him some were doable.

The did repair my trunk but the problem was they sold me a car that had been in an accident had i k ow that i would not have purchased the car. And i am still have the same noise on my front tire that was there from the very first time driven the car and it is documented from a couple of service visita. I will NEVER do business with kob again !!!!!
