I am always pleased with the organization, friendly staff, the way I am kept informed by staff. A super clean facility, and what appears to be a total concern for assisting we customers. Many other err r businesses could take good lessons from Kia of Bedford's example.

We asked them to fix the tire on our Kia and they told us that it wasn’t worth fixing which was not their decision we needed it to be repaired so we could wait to get new tires when we can afford them now we have a leaking tire in our put in a precarious situation so no we were not satisfied thank you

I was disappointed in the "complete" detail of our vehicle. What I believe complete means is not apparently what was intended. They wiped down the interior and cleaned windows, but it didn't appear that they vacuum the vehicle or even try to clean headliner in certain areas, which were identified. Everything else service wise was great and the body work performed was excellent. The detailing service was lacking in my opinion.
Again, I would like to reiterate that Anthony was great and I look to forward to having him handle service on my vehicle again in the future.
