The desk clerk that checked me in was rude. He had no compassionate that s customers (me) has to sit hours for their car. I had already wanted 3 hours for my car so at that point I decided to ask about how much longer would it be. He just went off on me saying you come in here with alot of work. Things take time. Then he walked off to speak with the mechanic. I will never come back I will go out my way and go to as another location

A day after my tire was repaired, it began leakinh. There is still a hole in my tire. I'm assuming this is where a plug was installed. I havent had any time to stop by. I'm planning on visiting tomorrow to see if my tire can be repaired properly this time. Filling up my tire every day is getting annoying. Other than that, i was pleased.

He kept saying I needed to pay $29.00 before he heard what was going on and I ask him if there’s someone I can talk to, than he ask the manager and he do it for free, Anthony offered other customers a free drink or snack and never ask me.
