Every time I come to Kia I leave upset seems always come in for simple maintenance always wind up spending at least 300.00 have a extended warranty that doesn't cover anything.

Some forget to tighten the calpiper so we had it toad there to get fixed we will not be coming back we were there last Monday for 2.1/2 hrs and they could not fix it right sorry we will not be back

After speaking with a few Kia owners I learned they had free oil changes for a year and I was charged for my first oil change. I like to know why or is the free oil change for a year for certain customers?? Please help me understand this. Thank you
