Appointment was for 7:30. Service doesn’t start work until 8AM. Finished at 9:10AM. All I got was an oil change and tire rotation.

Mr Mazzocco was very friendly. He had notice that when I pulled in for service that I waiting over five minutes for someone to acknowledge me. He can out He ask if someone was helping me. I told him no and started the ball rolling. He kept me informed about what was going on. He made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. A job well done.

I have had Anthony before and he is very very thorough. Answered all my questions and explained my roadside assistant and how it works. I will always ask for him when I need service. On a scale from 1 to 10 and 10 being the highest I rate him a 10+++++
