James was very friendly and thorough . He exceeded my expectations by having my vehicle ready 25 minutes earlier than expected. He explained everything that was completed on my vehicle and the items that I will need servicing at a later date. Afterwards escorted me to car and wished me a great rest of my day.

Eric warmly greeted me and made the process easy! He truly is interested in the customer experience. I was in/out within 40 minutes. The Parts person was so nice and offered me my beverage (a Chardonnay dispenser would be awesome FYI)
